Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pensiona.ai Pro subscription at any time directly from your account.
- Sign in to your Pensiona.ai account.
- Open Profile.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- You’ll be redirected to our secure Stripe Customer Portal.
- Click Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
Your Pro features will remain available until the end of your current billing period or free trial. After that, your account will automatically continue on the Free plan.
Will I lose my data?
No.
Your retirement plans, simulations, AI insights, and personal information remain safely stored in your account.
Only Pro features become unavailable after your subscription ends.
